There’s no reason to hide behind less-than-perfect
teeth. After all, a clean, healthy mouth and a
beautiful smile are your best assets! Our practice
specializes in a wide array of cosmetic dentistry
procedures, including bonding, crowns, and veneers,
and we aim to give you the dazzling results you
want—and deserve. We are devoted to giving
you the exact look you desire, whether that requires
delicate enhancement or more complex procedures.
Here are just a few of the cosmetic dentistry procedures
and technologies we offer that are designed to
beautify your smile:
CEREC 3D
Restoring damaged teeth with crowns, veneers,
and onlays used to require multiple appointments,
but not at our office! We make use of an impressive
technology known as CEREC 3D to allow your cosmetic
dental work to be completed in just one appointment.
First, digital impressions are made of your teeth
using a specialized, high precision camera. The
CEREC 3D machine then uses the digital image to
design a custom restoration for you, matching
the color precisely with the shade of your natural
teeth. The machine then mills the restoration
right there while you wait. Dr. Sibick bonds the
new restoration to your tooth, and your dental
work is completed—often in under an hour!

Dental today.
Back to top Smile Design & Makeover
Let us design a custom-made smile to suit your unique facial features and bring
out the most beautiful you possible. Dr. Sibick will first evaluate your
mouth’s overall structural and aesthetic needs. Then, using a wide
variety of techniques, such as porcelain veneers and crowns to reshape teeth
or TMJ correction to resolve bite issues, he will create a stronger and more
aesthetically balanced smile. And with our state-of-the-art CEREC 3D machine,
the custom designed restorations for your new smile can be measured, milled,
and fitted within one easy visit. Then, for the finishing touch, Dr. Sibick
polishes off your new look with teeth whitening for a stunning effect. If
you are interested in learning more about smile design and makeovers, please
contact our office today to set up a consultation.
Back to top Crowns
Also called caps, crowns are natural-looking covers
that fit snugly over teeth to conceal cracked,
badly discolored, injured, or chipped teeth. Crowns
provide support to damaged teeth while also restoring
functionality and esthetic balance. Ultimately,
crowns can dramatically improve the overall appearance
of your smile while making your teeth more resistant
to injury. And with our advanced, in-office CEREC
3D machine, we can mill your new crowns while
you wait, often in as little as an hour. For more
information about crowns, please contact our practice
today.
Back to top Veneers
An excellent alternative to crowns, veneers can perfect your smile by masking
stains, hiding chips, correcting misalignment, and creating uniformity. Veneers,
which are made of thin, customized material designed to slide over the teeth,
look incredibly natural, are long-lasting, and are relatively easy to apply.
Your new veneers can be designed and bonded in as little as little as an
hour with our in-house CEREC 3D technology. To learn more about dental veneers,
please contact AmClare Dental today.
Back to top Inlays & Onlays
Similar to fillings, inlays and onlays fill cavities
and other areas of trauma or decay in the teeth.
Inlays fit into a cavity while onlays lay on top
of the tooth to build up a damaged cusp. They
are also called indirect fillings. Unlike regular
fillings, which are composed of a soft material
that is molded into the tooth, indirect porcelain
fillings are generally shaped in a dental lab
and then firmly cemented into place at a later
visit. At our practice, however, we are able to
use our advanced CEREC 3 technology to mill porcelain
inlays and onlays while you wait and place them
in your mouth the same visit! If you are interested
in finding out more about inlays or onlays, please
contact us today.
Back to top BriteSmile
BriteSmile is a fast, easy, in-office teeth whitening procedure that takes
just one hour to complete. A hydrogen-peroxide gel is carefully applied to
teeth and then activated by a patented, blue spectrum light. BriteSmile is
neat and comfortable, and results are immediate. It will not harm your teeth,
gums, or dental work. For more information about BriteSmile, please contact
us today.
Back to top Tooth Colored Restorations
Gone are the days when tooth ailments and cavities could only be treated with
unsightly metal fillings. Today, modern, tooth-colored fillings made of durable
resin or porcelain can be bonded to your teeth for a stronger, more natural-looking
effect. These revolutionary fillings are virtually undetectable and are easy
to apply. To find out if tooth-colored fillings are a good option for you,
please contact us today.
Back to top Mercury Free / Metal Free Dentistry
As part of our commitment to the highest standards
of patient safety and quality care, AmClare Dental
practices mercury and metal free dentistry. Mercury
amalgam – composed of 50 percent mercury
and 50 percent silver, tin, or copper alloy –
releases mercury vapor over time that can be harmful
to patients. Our practice uses porcelain or durable
resin filling and restoration materials and is
committed to the safe removal and disposal of
patients’ current dental amalgam fillings.
Metal free dentistry is not only safer, it is
also durable, long-lasting, and aesthetically
much more pleasing. To learn more about our mercury
and metal free dentistry, please contact AmClare
Dental today.
Back to top Reconstructive
Dentistry
Our practice is proud to offer comprehensive reconstructive
dentistry with a focus on beautiful, natural-looking
results. Reconstructive dentistry seeks to repair
or replace damaged teeth in order to return your
mouth to full functionality and aesthetic balance.
This work can range from simple fillings, crowns,
and veneers to more complex root canal therapy
and periodontal treatment. Emergency problems
are always cared for first. Then we plan for any
corrective treatment you will need. A thorough
examination, medical history, and X-rays are essential
to a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. We will
also show you how to effectively clean your mouth
and prevent disease. Only then will be begin a
mutually acceptable restoration program. Our goal
is to restore your teeth so that you will have
the least chance of ever needing to repair them
again. For more information on reconstructive
dentistry, please contact our practice today.
Back to top Full Mouth Restoration
Sometimes, patients come in needing a significant
amount of dental work. There can be a number of
reasons for this. In some cases, badly neglected
teeth need substantial restorative work to return
them to full functionality. In others, regular
dental work has been performed over the years,
but in piecemeal fashion with various dentists.
These “one-off” fixes may not function
well as a unit or may have begun to deteriorate
at different rates. Other causes can include periodontal
problems, the need to remove mercury amalgam fillings,
or crowded, badly aligned, or aging teeth that
are contributing to bite alignment problems or
teeth and jaw wear. Thanks to advances in restorative
materials, AmClare Dental can offer superior,
natural looking restorations that are almost impossible
to distinguish from your own teeth. Contact us
today to find out what a full mouth restoration
could do for your smile.
Back to top Dental Implants
Dr. Sibick performs dental implant restoration by attaching artificial teeth
to implants anchored in the bone below the gum line. After the anchor has
been surgically placed in the jawbone, excess bone and gum grow around the
implant, holding it firmly in place. An artificial tooth can then be attached
to the implant. The end result is a strong, secure tooth that is virtually
indistinguishable from natural teeth. To find out if dental implant restoration
is right for you, please contact AmClare Dental today.
Root Canals
Each of our teeth contains a long, thin strand of dental pulp—which provides
the tooth with nutrients and nerves—that extends down to the tooth’s
root. If the pulp becomes infected or injured, the tooth’s nerves die
and often, without endodontic treatment, the tooth dies as well. Root canals
are designed to save such damaged teeth. During the procedure (performed under
anesthesia), a gap is drilled into the tooth’s crown and pulp chamber,
diseased pulp is reshaped or removed, and the tooth is permanently sealed with
a gold, porcelain, or tooth-colored crown. To learn more about root canals,
please contact our practice today.
Back to top Gum (Periodontal) Therapy
Unfortunately, periodontal (gum) disease can lead to more than just an unsightly
smile—it can cause loss of teeth and eventually, if left untreated,
serious health problems. Called gingivitis in its early stages, periodontal
disease is caused by excessive toxic bacteria (found in plaque) that attack
your mouth’s soft tissues. Early warning signs of the disease include
red, swollen, bleeding gums. If caught early, we can help you reverse the
damage or if detected late, we can use one of many effective reconstructive
or cosmetic dentistry procedures to restore your mouth to a healthy, beautiful
state. For more information on periodontal therapy, please contact our office
today.
Back to top Extractions
In only the most extreme and necessary cases—such as when its roots are
severely damaged beyond repair—we may extract a tooth in preparation
for a reconstructive dentistry procedure, such as dentures. If you have any
questions about tooth extraction, please contact our practice. We would be
happy to evaluate your particular situation.
Back to top General & Preventative
Care Dentistry
Twice-daily brushings and regular flossing are
excellent for maintenance between office visits,
but a healthy mouth and beautiful smile require
routine general and preventative care to stay
that way. AmClare Dental offers general care that
includes thorough dental exams and cleanings as
well as a full evaluation of a patient’s
oral condition. Our preventative care includes
fluoride treatment, gum (periodontal) evaluation,
and oral cancer screening designed to help you
maintain your smile’s health and beauty.
Keep your teeth and gums strong and disease-free.
Contact our office today to schedule a cleaning
or consultation.
